Meet The Staff:
Cox Bond Dental | Temple TX
Amber Ryan – Patient Navigator

As the Patient Navigator at Cox Bond Dental since 2012, I love welcoming new patients and walking alongside them on their journey to beautiful, confident smiles. It is incredibly rewarding to see how life-changing a new smile can be, and I am committed to making every patient and family feel comfortable, cared for, and valued throughout their experience in our office.
As a longtime patient of Cox Bond Dental myself, I have personally benefited from the exceptional care and relationships built here over the years. In addition to serving as a patient navigator, I also have the privilege of working as a dental assistant. My goal is to use the knowledge, experience, and customer service skills I have gained to help our team provide the highest level of care to every patient and family we serve.
My amazing husband, Ty, and I are blessed with two precious boys, Tucker and Witten. Baseball is a big part of our lives, and we love spending time together cheering on our boys at the ballfield. Our family also enjoys worshiping together at Vista Community Church. In addition, I’m honored to serve on the Board of Trustees for Westphalia ISD since 2024.
Carla Anderson – Dental Assistant

Having been in the Cox/Bond Dental family since 1995, I have had the opportunity to help many people get the healthy and beautiful smile that they want and of which they can be proud.
Things that are of great value in my life are my three beautiful children, my amazing husband, three grandchildren, my church and church family.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, friends and staying involved with my church. I love to decorate and host friends and family in my home.
I look forward to seeing familiar faces come through our doors and building new relationships with our new patients.
Cherrie Bell – Dental Assistant

In 2005, I found a love for dentistry, and the value of providing the highest level of care that we all deserve. God is my first priority in life, and His love encourages me to be warm, compassionate, and the best advocate for my patients that I can be.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my incredible family, friends, and my four-legged love Harry Winston. I’m always looking forward to meeting new people and making a positive impact on their lives.

I’m Julie, a dental hygienist fueled by a love for my patients and a passion for helping them achieve better overall health through exceptional dental care. Since graduating from the Temple College Dental Hygiene Program in 2000, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of dental settings, each one strengthening my commitment to patient care and education.
In 2009, I joined the Cox Bond team, and it has truly been the most rewarding chapter of my career. Our team is dedicated to continuing education and staying current with the latest technology and treatment options so we can provide the highest quality care possible. My goal is for every patient to feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident that they are receiving the best care available.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three daughters, and our two grandchildren. Family is at the center of my life, and I love supporting my daughters in their many interests and activities. In my free time, you’ll often find me gardening, quilting, reading a good book, or working on a creative project around the house.
Kim Jeffreys – Registered Dental Hygienist

I have proudly been part of the Cox Bond family since 2002, aside from a few treasured years spent at home raising my three incredible sons, Caleb, Colt, and Pax. My husband, Dave, and I have been married since 2000 after meeting at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
Family and faith are at the center of our lives, and we cherish time spent with our family, friends, and church community. Much of our free time is spent in gymnasiums cheering on our two younger sons at basketball games, while proudly supporting our oldest son from afar as he begins his career in the U.S. Marine Corps.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role at Cox Bond Dental is the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our patients and team members. I truly enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. My goal is to ensure every patient has a positive experience and leaves with the confidence that comes from a healthy, beautiful smile.
Laura Shadrick – Registered Dental Hygienist
I have proudly been a dental hygienist at Cox Bond Dental since 1997, where I’ve had the privilege of building lasting relationships with many of our patients over the years. I am passionate about providing high-quality patient care and helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health through education, encouragement, and personalized care. My commitment to our patients reflects the compassionate, patient-focused values that define the Cox Bond Dental team.
Born and raised in Bell County, I attended the Temple College Dental Hygiene Program and earned my Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. Shortly after graduation, I was fortunate to join the Cox Bond Dental family, where I have now spent nearly three decades serving our community.
My husband, Joe, and I are blessed with a blended family of five children and seven wonderful grandchildren. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, tackling home projects, and working in the yard.
MaryBeth Massey – Treatment Coordinator
I have been in the dental field since 1998, working as both a Registered Dental Assistant and in the front office.
Currently, I am a Treatment Coordinator, assisting patients with scheduling appointments, referrals to local specialists, and understanding their treatment plan financial options. My goal is to ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their dental care experience.
Outside of the office, my husband Chuck and I have a blended family, with three married daughters and one son. We are loving this stage of life as grandparents. In my free time, I enjoy pilates, gardening, and traveling with my family.
